The attorney’s fee charged would be based on a percentage of the award or settlement received, plus reimbursement to the firm for any costs expended pursuing the claim. The injured client does not need to pay any costs or fees upfront. For residential real estate transactions and estate planning matters, our firm charges a flat fee based on the services provided.
